2. How We Use Your Information

  • Service Provision: To operate our messaging platform, route messages via WhatsApp Cloud API, and manage agent automation.
  • Billing: To process subscription payments and generate invoices.
  • Security: To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized access.
  • Communication: To send transactional emails (invoices, password resets) and product updates.

3. Data Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal data ("Do Not Sell" under CCPA). We share data only with trusted sub-processors required to operate our service:

  • Meta/WhatsApp: To enable messaging functionality.
  • Cloud Infrastructure: AWS (hosting, database).
