We run on enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure with redundancy built in. Our uptime target is 99.9%, and we monitor response quality in real time. Message delivery is handled through Meta's official WhatsApp Business API and Telegram's Bot API — both fully supported channels with SLAs.
Currently: Google Calendar (for booking agents), WhatsApp Business API, and Telegram. We're actively adding CRM integrations, Google Sheets, and more. Enterprise plans can request custom integrations with dedicated support.
No developers needed. Most teams are live within 30 minutes. Connect your WhatsApp or Telegram account, configure your agent in our dashboard, and you're done. We also offer an onboarding call where we walk you through setup personally.
Business & Billing
Your dashboard shows conversation volume, resolution rates, escalation rates, booking counts, and more. Pro and Enterprise plans also include monthly performance reports where we analyze trends and suggest improvements. We want you to be able to see exactly what your agent is doing.
Yes. There are no long-term contracts on Starter or Pro plans. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and your account will remain active until the end of the billing period. We don't do cancellation fees or gotchas.
Yes — on any plan. The Custom Agent Builder lets you design workflows, define conversation flows, and set behaviors without code. For more complex needs (CRM integrations, custom APIs, multi-agent workflows), our Enterprise plan includes dedicated development support.
